We love special projects. The bigger the challenge, the more excited we get. When Derek and Lynn first saw the plans for this masterpiece, they knew it was going to be worth any amount of effort.

The beautiful architecture and open beam construction posed several design challenges, especially with respect to lighting controls and audio.

The owner wanted a comanding theater and basement bar to match his equal love of restoring vintage cars.
